Tito and his crew completed a large project for us which included an entire kitchen gut, knocking down walls, electrical work, building a wet bar and dry bar, refinishing our entire first floor hardwoods, installing new stairs and handrails, a powder room remodel, installing fans, TVs and more (recess lighting, under lighting, painting etc). The work him and his crew did for us was above and beyond our expectations. I really want to highlight that in addition to the excellent craftsmanship, the communication and level of care that went into our project was outstanding. I work from home so I got to see daily progress and spend a lot of time seeing the hard work that went into our finished project. Every single crew member was delightful, kind, and professional. They always cleaned up their workspace. I was able to verbalize what my vision was to Tito and he was able to make it come to life. We feel like we have a completely different house now thanks to his team. I am so thankful to be able to a team that is honest, reliable, and kind. We look forward to working several more projects with Tito and his crew in the future.

We became connected with T&C through the interior design firm that managed our kitchen/living room/dining room renovation. T & C and associates successfully conducted/completed the carpentry, flooring, tile work, cabinetry, masonry, plumbing, electrical, countertop install, etc. needed for the project. We are very pleased with the quality results. Unexpected glitches, which always arise in renovation projects, were noted by T & C and corrected appropriately. They also helped us discard the old cabinets and appliances. The company lead, Tito Chajon, is not only an excellent carpenter but also has broad knowledge and expertise in home renovation.
